Avalon has provided planning for most of the projects that have been designed, permitted and received final certification upon construction completion. In addition to the projects that have been completed out planning services have been utilized in the due diligence phase of hundreds of projects that terminated at the end of the planning stage.

The firm has planned well over 100 shopping centers, hundreds of individual's sites, municipal and private utility systems, new roadway corridors, recreational facilities from small parks to a regional park with a stadium, and academic facilities. Our planners have preformed on all of the Develop of Regional Impact statements prepared within the City of Cape Coral as well as some of those in Lee County. We work closely with the local planning agencies and boards, providing in-put as well as consultations for new ordinances, zoning districts, Community Redevelopment Areas, and corridor overlay districts.
